1514 Access & Accommodations Center

Return to: 1500 Student Life and Services

The Access & Accommodations Center coordinates accommodations for students who self-identify with a condition which substantially limits a major life activity; such as learning disabilities, deaf or hard of hearing, visual disabilities, mobility disabilities, psychological disabilities, and other diagnosed disabilities. Students with a diagnosed disability can request reasonable accommodations and access to programs through the Margaret A. Staton Access & Accommodations Center. New students with a diagnosed disability are encouraged to register with the Access & Accommodations Center prior to their first semester, or as soon as possible, to ensure that appropriate accommodations are made. Current Georgia State University students with a diagnosed disability may register with the Access & Accommodations Center throughout the semester. The Access & Accommodations Center also provides information and resources to the campus regarding accessibility and accommodations issues throughout the university and upon request.

For more information, visit the Access & Accommodations Center located in Student Center East, Suite 205, call 404-413-1560 (TTY) or 404-413-1564 or visit the Access & Accommodations Center website access.gsu.edu.
