Description
This course will serve as an introduction to the concepts and techniques of mapping and geospatial technologies, and how these tools can be applied to solve social and environmental problems. The course will provide students with the skills necessary to collect and visualize spatial data on a map in accordance with standard cartographic conventions, as well as to interpret maps and mapping practices.
