Personal and Career Development is affiliated with the JAA-Joiner Achievement Academy, a Robinson Signature Program, focused on accelerating students exploration of their career interests and values along with the development of the professionalism and leadership behaviors required to launch and sustain a productive and successful career in the business world. A significant emphasis is placed on active engagement in class, self-assessment and awareness, reflection, and participation with subsequent coaching and feedback. Active engagement in thoughtful academic, extracurricular, career and life long planning and learning is also emphasized.
