Description
This course is an overview of the field of deafness. Topics include psychosocial aspects of deafness, educational settings, modes of communication, technology, vocational opportunities, social-emotional development, and needs of the deaf and hard of hearing population with multiple disabilities. EXC 4350 will be cross-listed with EXC 6350.
