Description
Any student in the College may audition for membership in the DeKalb Symphony Orchestra, a community orchestra based at the College. Regular concerts including subscription concerts with internationally known guest soloist are held on campus and in a variety of locations throughout the metropolitan area and state. Regular evening rehearsals and occasional out-of-town concerts are required. GSU-Atlanta non-music major students who cannot be placed in School of Music ensembles have the option of auditioning for placement in 9000 Perimeter College ensembles. To schedule an audition with a 9000 Perimeter College ensemble, please contact the director of the appropriate ensemble.
