Description
The course introduces students to leaders from a variety of backgrounds. These individuals have led organizations in the business, nonprofit, and public sectors. Each will share his or her perspective on leading an organization through policy changes. Opportunities for reflection on these presentations will permit students to compare the practice and theory of policy leadership. A special emphasis is placed on ethical issues in leadership.
