Description
Crosslisted with PHIL 4770 . Examination of how humans function in moral contexts and how this information may impact debates in ethical theory. Drawing from relevant literature in philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, and other sciences, topics may include moral judgment and intuitions, moral disagreement, reason and emotion, moral agency and responsibility, character traits and virtues, altruism and egoism, and moral development.
