RE 4025 - Real Estate Entrepreneurship

Description
Real estate is fundamentally an entrepreneurial industry. This course explores how to become an entrepreneur in the real estate sector. Course topics include how to raise capital for real estate ventures, starting a partnership, running a real estate firm, deal-making, and exit strategies in the real estate sector. The types of entrepreneurship covered include residential (homebuilding, asset enhancement), private equity investment funds, real estate development, and service providers (e. g. , brokerages, market analysts, consulting firms).
