Description
(Same as AAS 4255 ) From colonialism to black nationalism to globalization, how do the three issues of religion, race, and nation affect each other? The course will discover the role religion plays in shaping racial and national identity and explain how the concepts of race, religion, and nation reconfigure issues of power, privilege, and public life We will explore these concepts using theory, world literature, and film Global Scholars course.
