Description
The course is one of five courses that form the certificate in insurance offered by Perimeter College. This course is one of the courses that lead to the insurance designation Associate in Insurance (AINS) provided by The Institutes (www.theinstitutes.org), and is designated as AINS 21. This course covers the basics of how insurance works, its regulation and business operations (underwriting, claims, marketing, etc.) and introduces principles of risk management.
