ASTR 1020K - Stellar and Galactic Astronomy

4 Credit Hours
Prerequisites: ASTR 1010K or ASTR 1010 and ASTR 1010L with grades of D or higher.
Includes a lab fee.

Description
The study of the Sun and stars, their physical properties and evolution, interstellar matter, star clusters, our galaxy and other galaxies, and the origin and evolution of the universe. Includes a laboratory component.
