NURS 3525 - Caring for Adult Populations LPN-BS

Prerequisites: Prerequisites: Admission to the LPN-BS program, Nurs 1926.
Description
This course builds on previous experience and prepares students to provide nursingcare to adult patients with acute and chronic medical-surgical conditions with the goalsof assisting individuals and their families in promotion, maintenance and restoration ofoptimal health and well-being. Under faculty supervision, the student develops and refinesprofessional practice. (3 hrs didactic credit; 2 hrs clinical credit [90 clinical contact hrs]).
