Prerequisites/Corequisites: There are no prerequisites.Course Description: This course is designed to provide the registered nurse with an overview of the major research conceptsas applied to the profession of nursing, to scholarship, and to clinical practice. Analysis, critique, andinterpretation of qualitative and quantitative research approaches, including ethical implications, forevidence-based nursing practice will be examined. Emphasis is placed on how to critique, analyze, andapply published and empirical research findings to evidence-based nursing practice.
