MGT 4920 - Introduction to Management Consulting Cases

Description
Requirements: Must meet RCB upper division course requirements and 45 semester hours.This course is designed to introduce students to the management consulting process from the perspective of both the individual and the consulting firm. It is also designed to introduce students to the case interview process and prepare students to be successful at it. The goal of the course is to provide students with a practical understanding of preparing a professional and compelling written and oral (presentation) response to a Request for Proposal or RFP by a prospective client, in this case a business problem based on a real-life client.
