EDUC 2100 - Introduction to the Field of Human Learning and Development

Description
Course will help students develop knowledge of the human learning and development field. Course is designed to cover topics related to careers and prospects associated with human learning and development disciplines, e.g., behavioral and learning disabilities; counseling; deaf studies; educational psychology; family and community advocacy; learning technologies; research methods and problem solving; and urban education. Course will support students in making disciplinary choices and in exploring ways their chosen disciplines address problems and issues of societal import.
