Pre/Corequisites: Prerequisite: Entrance into BIS degree in Health Informatics or permission of instructor.
Description
This course will introduce students to career management and professional development techniques and skills needed to navigate the multi-disciplinary field of Health Informatics. Students will learn techniques in networking, resume writing, social media ethics, and self-branding. Students will enhance their interviewing skills and hear from several current industry representatives in a range of Health Informatics careers.
