Description
Prerequisite: MGT 3100. Requirements: Must meet RCB upper division course requirements and 45 semester hours. This course is designed to develop an understanding of how to apply existing business analytics tools and techniques to the human resource function of the organization and to strategic decision making regarding the workforce of an organization. The course covers techniques related to human resource analytics, performance metrics, and the integration of technology to create and sustain effective HRM practices that contribute to the effectiveness of organizations. Strategic issues such as privacy, ethical, and legal considerations are also addressed
