BUSA 4000 - Global Business 3 Credit Hours Prerequisites: Junior Standing. Requirements: Must meet RCB upper division course requirements and 45 semester hours.
Description This course develops the knowledge and skills necessary to function effectively in the contemporary, interconnected, global economy. It also supports the development of cross-cultural awareness, and the ability to critically assess how differences in institutions, values and norms affect business practices. The focus of the course is on the application of analytical tools and frameworks to solve international business challenges. Using timely, relevant, and engaging multimedia cases, scenarios, role-playing, readily available databases, and other resources, students will analyze international business problems and advance theoretically grounded and data-supported solutions.
