Description
(Same as SCOM 4560). Use theories of health communication and persuasion to critique, develop, and evaluate health communication campaigns, entertainment-education efforts, and health in the news and entertainment media. Explore the role that interpersonal communication, social media, and new technology have on health behaviors.
