Description
This course delves into the developing domain of AI in legal information technologies, with an emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs). It is designed to foster an understanding of the integration and application of AI in legal settings, particularly in law firm information systems. The course is structured to utilize hands-on experiences of 1) analyzing commercially available tools designed for lawyers, and 2) designing, testing, and implementing custom solutions leveraging general LLMs. By exploring applications in practical action students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage commercial AI solutions or create custom workflow solutions of their own.
