Co-requisite: CHEM 1151L. This is the first course in a two course sequence designed for physical education, business, humanities, social science, and allied health (Nursing or Dental Hygiene) majors planning to pursue baccalaureate degrees. Topics to be covered include elements, compounds, measurements, nomenclature, atomic bonding, states of matter, and molecular geometry.
