Recommendations

The A.S. in Art pathway is in studio foundations and expects that students will transition to the GSU Welch School of Art and Design campus and major in studio art. This may also lead to a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts with a concentration in one of the following areas: Textiles, Drawing-Painting-Printmaking, Three-Dimensional Art Sculpture or Three-Dimensional Art Ceramics. It may also lead to the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education. Photography, Graphic Design and Interior Design require transition to the main campus after 30 credits in order to complete the degree in 4 years.
