Business Administration Pathway, A.S.

Return to: Business Administration

Business administration is the study of principles, practices and dynamics of organizations related to commercial or industrial activity.

The world of business is changing and expanding in new and exciting ways. At Perimeter College, Business Administration students develop specialized skills in business fields and improve their ability to communicate, think independently and thrive in the workplace.

Degree Requirements

Area A

Recommended course:

  • 3 Credit Hours (MATH 1001 is sufficient for the AS degree at Perimeter College; however, if MATH 1111 is not completed at Perimeter, the BBA degree requires that MATH 1111 be completed as an elective.)

Area D

Recommended course:

Area F: Courses Appropriate to the Pathway (18 Hours)

Note: An aggregate GPA of 2.8 or better is required to continue on to a BBA major at Robinson College of Business at the downtown campus. In attempting to satisfy this requirement, each of the six courses listed above (Area F) may be attempted only twice. The six course GPA will be computed using the grade awarded in the student’s last attempt in each course. A WF counts as an attempt.
