A minor in hospitality combines well with many disciplines to provide industry-focused career paths. The minor provides flexibility in the selection of one required course (HADM 3010 , Perspectives in the Hospitality Industry) and four electives representing many industry specializations. These 3000-level or 4000-level hospitality courses, for RCB students and non-RCB students, include:

Minor Requirements
To declare a business minor, students must have a 2.5 institutional GPA. A grade of C- or higher is required in all courses counted toward the minor. A minimum 2.0 GPA required in minor area. Prerequisites for courses are required unless consent of the instructor is given. For specific information on possible courses, please contact the department. |
