Concentration Requirements
Three-Dimensional Studies-Ceramics Concentration
Area G: Major Courses (60 Hours)
The following courses are required in Area G for students who are accepted into the Three-Dimensional Studies Concentration, which includes an emphasis in Ceramics or Sculpture.
In order to graduate, students must have taken the CTW course required for this concentration (ART 3910 ). This course should be taken at the appropriate time, as described below.
Concentration Core Requirements (9 Hours)
Two-Dimensional Studio Elective (3-4 Hours).
Select one 3000/4000-level course from the following disciplines:
Three-Dimensional Studies (3DS) Studio Elective (3-4 Hours)
Select One 4000-Level Art History (3 Hours)
Ceramics Requirements (34-36 Hours)
Each program of study is described below. ART 4980, Special Problems (1-6), may be used to adjust program in order to meet the 60-hour requirement in Area G. Consent of Area Coordinator and instructor required Studio Ceramic Electives: Select from Below (17-19 Hours)
