Quality Assurance in Life Science Industries Certificate
|
|
There is a growing need for life science professionals with skills that require specialized training not typically provided by undergraduate curricula. This certificate helps students train for and navigate the growing life sciences quality assurance workforce. Upon completion of their bachelor’s degree and this certificate, students will be competitive for entry level quality assurance positions with potential for upward mobility in life science industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and biomedical supply companies).
This certificate was designed in partnership with the Pathway for Patient Health program that offers key benefits to students:
-
Unique classes that enable students to learn the in-demand skills that life science industries are seeking in their workforce
-
A Certified Quality Science Professionals micro-credential to ensure employers are aware of your skillset
-
Access to mentorship and internship opportunities
-
Access to a life science industries job portal
Students should consult with their advisors on how the certificate may impact their course of study and graduation timeline. Students must be in good academic standing to enroll in this certificate.
