Informationepic@gsu.edu

The Collaborative and Experiential Learning Certificate provides students who are already receiving an excellent core curriculum and disciplinary specialization with an opportunity to engage in real-world project work. The certificate enables students to engage in advanced, team-based projects integrated with traditional courses (Signature Experience) and earning course credit through interdisciplinary, semester-spanning projects (Project Labs). The certificate requires a minimum of 6 hours spread across 4 semesters in a Project Lab.

Certificate Course Credit

Courses taken as part of a Georgia State University certificate program count toward the requirements of the certificate and may also count toward core curriculum, major, and minor requirements. However, students are advised to limit themselves no more than two certificates during their undergraduate studies. Please consult with an academic advisor if considering pursuing an undergraduate certificate.
