A. Recreational Wheeled Devices Policy

• Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, Recreational Wheeled Devices may be used as a mode of transportation on University property when properly maintained and controlled. Skateboards, scooters, roller blades, roller skates, bicycles and similar wheeled devices may not be used inside University buildings, residence halls, parking decks, or outdoor recreational spaces such as tennis courts. Additionally, these wheeled devices may not be used on railings, curbs, benches, or any such fixtures that may be damaged by these activities. Individuals may be liable for damage to University property caused by the usage of these devices.
