ECON 8010 - Math Essentials for Economics

Description
This course provides an introduction to mathematical techniques frequently used in economic analysis. Topics include differential and integral calculus, and matrix algebra. This course is designed with the beginning Ph.D. economics student in mind and is only available as audit credit. Emphasis is placed on the application of mathematics to topics in economic theory, and helping develop the math skills required for advanced study of economics.
