PT 7030 - Physical Therapy Interventions I

Prerequisites: Entry into the PT program and successful completion of all prior DPT courses.
Description
This course is the foundation for learning and demonstrating the ability to examine, evaluate, diagnose, prognose, develop a plan of care, determine outcomes for patients with a variety of impairments and functional limitations across a variety of settings with emphasis on the acute care setting. The course will emphasize physical therapy interventions including but not limited to positioning, functional mobility training, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and therapeutic massage.
