PHYS 8370 - Advanced Neuroimaging

Description
Advanced magnetic resonance (MR) imaging and spectroscopy principles and applications to neuroscience, including experimental design and data analysis and interpretation. Covers relaxation theory and measurement, anatomic imaging, diffusion imaging, perfusion and arterial spin labeling (ASL) imaging of blood flow, and 1H and multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS). Three lecture hours a week.
