EPY 8360 - Staff Management and Supervision

Prerequisites: EPY 8020, EPY 8870, and EPY 8970 with a grade of “B” or higher.
Requirements: A minimum grade of “B” is required for this course.

Description
Students will focus on the assessment of common performance issues in the workplace, assessment of worker productivity and happiness, organizational culture, methods of increasing worker performance and happiness, and data based methods of training staff.
