EPEL 7000 - Educational Leadership and Organizational Culture

Introduces the student to selected theories of educational leadership and their relationship to organizational culture; develops skills in administrative problem analysis and decision making; enables students to sharpen their skills and insights into various models and meanings of leadership practice and school change; and provides students with opportunities to examine their own practices in ways that will improve the performance of the educational organizations.
