EPEL 8020 - Leadership for Change in a Diverse Society

This course is designed to analyze the fundamental behavioral concepts and processes of schools from a multicultural, diversity, and social justice context. This course will focus on leadership amid the immense complexities of race and social class, institutional politics, and personal philosophy/ideology in school organizations. Special emphasis is given to planned and evolutionary change and to the implications for leaders in diverse organizational settings.
