EDCI 7100 - Service-Learning in Action

(EDCI 7100 is cross-listed with EDCI 4100). In this course, students examine the nature of service-learning through an analysis of relevant research, theory, and practice. Students also research and evaluate their community’s needs. After synthesizing their research and needs assessment for the community, students engage in a service-learning project that is relevant to their major.
