MBA 8025 - Financial Statement Analysis

Restrictions: Not allowed for the Master of Professional Accountancy program. This course takes a user-oriented approach to the study of financial statements. Students study the role of the financial statements and the annual report in the financial reporting process. Using ratio analysis, students analyze past firm performance and make forecasts of future performance. Students also study the effects of differing accounting methods on financial statement analysis.
