MGS 8200 - Introduction to the Management of People, Processes and Projects

The purpose of this course is to provide a solid foundation in the key theories and tools of systems thinking, communication, problem solving and critical thinking in management contexts and in the basic components of organizations. Students will apply these tools and conceptual knowledge to basic problems of people, processes and projects in organizations.
