MGS 8396 - Strategic Human Resource Management

This course explores human resource management from a strategic perspective with a focus on how HR executives, and the HR function in general, can and should engage in the strategy making and strategy implementation process of organizations. Students develop skills in, and appreciation of, the role of HR executives in the process of formulating and implementing organizational strategies to enhance organizational performance.
