MGS 8770 - Service Operation Management

This course focuses on the analysis of service sector per- formance and methods designed to improve service operations from a competitiveness standpoint. The topics covered are cross-functional in nature including operations, marketing, human resource management, information technology and entre- preneursip and are presented as an integrated systems approach to the service organization.
