MGS 9400 - Seminar in Organizational Behavior

Operating from an interdisciplinary framework, this seminar is designed to explore the function, structure, and goals of organizations as political, social, and economic units. Special attention is also given to all forms and types of research, both of an ephemeral and a classical nature, which provide an understanding of the complexities of organizations and organizational behavior. Emphasis in this course is placed primarily upon the patterns of relationships that are manifested during the various phases of organizational development.
