PHPB 7330 - Health Care Management and Finance

This course examines key principles of health management and finance. The course will promote an understanding of program and financial management, strategic and business planning principles, and human resource management as they apply to public health. Health care and public health financing in the U.S. will be a major focus area in the course. Ultimately, the course seeks to build knowledge and competence that supports effective professional practice in health management and policy.
