PHPH 7345 - Introduction to Risk Assessment

This course will introduce the fundamentals of the risk assessment process for evaluating human health risks, with a focus on environmental health and quantitative microbial risk assessment. Topics include the risk assessment framework, exposure assessment, probability, risk modeling, evaluating chemical and microbial risks, and use of risk assessment as a policy tool.
