Description
This course examines the phenomenon of mass murders from both from academic and popular perspectives. The course examines key conceptual and theoretical frameworks commonly used to understand and explain mass murder. Students will examine investigative techniques and critical preparedness strategies used to process mass shooting incidents, as well as traditional policies and current best practices to prevent or mitigate mass shootings.
