CMIS 4520 - Narrating Justice

Description
Explores techniques for powerful narrative non-fiction writing and media production - and effective “storytelling” across print, digital, podcast, documentary television and film, and other platforms. Focus on long-form narratives involving research and investigation related to social justice. Students identify topics for high-impact multi-media projects and complete assignments related to personal memoir, essays, and non-fiction narratives.
