MGT 4910 - Introduction to Management Consulting Skills

Description
Requirement: Must meet RCB upper division course requirements and 45 semester hours.This course focuses on the theories and practices in the consulting profession. The overarching goal of this course is for students to cultivate the skills, knowledge and tools necessary for participation in consulting work as an internal or external consultant. Key focus areas include the various facets of the consulting interchange and attention to tools and techniques that best serve clients.
