Pre/Corequisites: Prerequisite: MUS 3310 with a grade of B or higher and admission to Music Education Concentration or consent of instructor.
Description
Music Technology and Guitar Methods introduces the fundamentals of music technology and guitar in the context of teaching in a K-12 setting. Students will gain the essential technological fluency to teach music technology and guitar courses. Students will develop pedagogical skills on the guitar while utilizing Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) and music notation software. Field experience in a school setting is required.
