Description
Requirements: Must meet RCB upper division course requirements and 45 semester hours. The course teaches students how to apply current AI technology to the real estate industry. The course focuses on practical applications of AI to perform analysis, solve problems, improve processes, and create content used in real estate businesses. The course provides students with a foundational understanding of AI, examples of how professionals are currently using AI in real estate, insights into how AI may impact the student’s real estate career, and strategies on how the student can use AI to improve their job performance and increase their value in the marketplace. The course culminates with a detailed multistep process to teach students how to apply a problem solving approach to create custom GPT tools to enhance the efficiency and profitability of a real estate business.
