BIOL 4438 - Applied Microbiology

Pre/Corequisites: Prerequisite: Biol 3880 with grade of C or higher, or equivalent course work.
Description
Four lecture hours a week. Microbiology of industrial processes, including quality control, fermentations, biotransformations, strain selection, and maintenance. Four lecture hours per week.
