BMSC 4310 - Scientific Communication - CTW

Pre/Corequisites: Prerequisite: BMSC 2100 with a grade of C or higher.
Description
Students will develop skills needed for various types of written and oral scientific communications. Specifically, students will learn to prepare and deliver effective scientific presentations for both fellow scientists and for the general public. Students will also learn basic scientific writing techniques for scholarly journal articles, grant proposals, and stories for the media. Course may not be repeated for credit.
