BUSA 3400 - WomenLead in Business

Pre/Corequisites: Prerequisite: 30 earned credit hours, 3.0 overall GPA and have not previously completed a WomenLead course.
Description
The Women Lead in Business course is a “Signature Experience” course that focuses on three themes: (1) self-awareness and self-efficacy, (2)critical analysis of the economic and social effects of women in the workforce and (3) a leadership development component that will demonstrate how self awareness, interpersonal influence, commitment, goal setting and power are necessary to be effective in the workplace. The course allows students to learn beyond the classroom and to prepare for success and leadership across various sectors of the economy.
